<div style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Andrew has a history of commitment to the community services sector.&nbsp;He is currently a non executive director of a number of community service organisations including SMP Life Skills 2 Work Group, Alzheimer&rsquo;s Australia and the Lions International Save Sight Foundation and the Eye Institute in Nedlands.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Andrew was recognised with a Lions International Honour Award for Outstanding Community Service for his work in conceiving and implementing programs that have benefited people with sight impairments in developing countries.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Andrew is also an active member of the St Vincent De Paul Society.&nbsp;&nbsp; His work with St Vinnie&rsquo;s included membership of the first ever steering committee and leadership team to establish the &lsquo;Fred&rsquo;s Van&rsquo; project in support of people experiencing homelessness in Adelaide. He has also lead similar projects and represented Vinnie&rsquo;s in both Queensland and Western Australia.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Before joining InvoCare, Andrew was a Catholic Priest in Adelaide for six years. Prior to his ordination, Andrew spent a year living and working in Calcutta with the order founded by Mother Teresa, Missionaries of Charity.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Born in South Australia, Andrew is a keen Adelaide Crows supporter.&nbsp;He gained a Bachelors Degree in Social Science and Theology at Flinders University in Adelaide, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at QUT in Brisbane.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">St Bart&rsquo;s has been blessed to have the services of Lynne Evans for the past 13 years and she will be greatly missed.&nbsp;Andrew will commence at St Bart&rsquo;s on 26 March and Lynne plans to retire on 6 July 2012.</span></span></div>
