Executive Support Manager

About the role

The Executive Support Manager provides high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive, and is responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Board and sub-committees.

The position uses a high level of initiative to prioritise issues in a timely and appropriate manner ensuring compliance with legislative and corporate governance requirements.

The position also coordinates office management functions such as Chief Executive Officer and key Executive events, coordinating employee amenity facilities and common areas including meeting rooms etc.

The position is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday based in East Perth.

Taking into consideration the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant, the base cash salary offered for this position spans from circa $80,000 to $90,000 per annum.

About you

We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills who has experience supporting an Executive team. Our ideal candidate has high levels of attention to detail, outstanding administrative skills and demonstrates high levels of initiative.
