About the role

As the Executive Support Manager you will provide high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive team and comprehensive secretarial support to the Board and sub-committees.  You will also be a member of the organisation’s broader leadership team and lead a small team of Executive Support staff including an Administration Assistant and Receptionist.

You will use a high level of initiative to prioritise issues in a timely and appropriate manner ensuring compliance and appropriate governance. You will also coordinate office management functions such as CEO and key Executive events, coordinate employee amenity facilities and common areas including meeting rooms etc.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday based in East Perth, our workplace is also home to around 150 of our most vulnerable consumers whom we interact with on a daily basis.

Taking into consideration the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant, a cash component of $100 – $110k plus access to salary packaging that would bring your equivalent salary to a generous cash salary circa $125k.

About you

Our ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills, a “can do” attitude and experience supporting a CEO or Executive team. You will need high levels of attention to detail, outstanding administrative skills and demonstrates high levels of initiative.
