About the role
The Communications and Engagement Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing communications and engagement strategies, events and initiatives to build St Bart’s reputation and strengthen our brand with our employees, stakeholders, consumers and volunteers.
This is a varied role that creates high quality and engaging communications and manages the delivery of engaging events for stakeholders.
This is a part time role, working 22.8 hours per week. Days per week and hours per day can be negotiated.
Taking into consideration the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant, the base salary offered for this position spans from $88,762 to $92,774 pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
About you
We are seeking a confident, high performing and friendly self-starter with a tertiary qualification in Journalism, Communications or similar.
To be successful, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
High levels of attention to detail and a can-do attitude are a must.
