  • You are a natural-born leader with stacks of charm.  You are resilient and professional, with exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • You’re not too shabby with Excel, and you’re a bit of a guru with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.  You’re also a social media whizz.
  • While formal quals are not essential, qualifications in Human Resources or a similar tertiary course will definitely get our attention.

What’s in it for you?

  • Pay: Competitive salary, plus NFP salary packaging giving you the potential to gain $15,900 in tax benefits.
  • Leave: 23 days annual leave, that’s 3 days more than the standard 4 weeks.

About Us

St Bart’s is a Western Australian not-for-profit organisation founded in 1963 as a small homeless shelter for men. Since our foundation, we have evolved into a larger organisation that provides supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most. Each year, we stand by the side of more than 500 of Western Australia’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged people, supporting them on their recovery journeys and empowering them to achieve their goals.

St Bart’s is an equal opportunity employer which values diversity and inclusion.  We encourage applicants from all walks of life.
