About the role
James Watson Aged Care Centre is a specialised residential aged care service providing nursing care for up to 40 men who are experiencing, or at risk of homelessness. The service is accredited under the Aged Care Act 1997 by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency.
We are seeking casual Registered Nurses, which are hands on to not only ensure residents receive high quality, safe and effective care but is also responsible for supervision, direction and support of nursing and care/support staff.
The Casual Registered Nurse attracts an hourly rate of $42.94 per hour, including casual loading.
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with relevant clinical experience and experience with ACFI assessments and documentation.
Our ideal candidate can provide strong leadership to other staff and work effectively as part of a team, with high levels of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and manage clinical risk in the aged care setting.
