Volunteering

Complementing our organisation’s passionate workforce is our community of volunteers. Volunteering options range from a few hours for individuals through to full day activities for small groups, and can include:

  • transport to appointments, social outings and leisure activities
  • assistance with grocery shopping and running errands
  • providing social interaction and emotional support
  • cooking BBQs and batch cooked meals
  • cooking hot breakfasts and making coffees in Cafe Lime each Monday and Friday morning
  • maintenance, landscaping and painting services
  • sorting and delivering Christmas hampers
  • assistance with writing cover letters and resumes

School Volunteering

Are you a school group looking to volunteer? We are closely connected with a range of schools and colleges which encourage their students to undertake community service at St Bart’s, most often in small groups.

Individual Volunteering

We have a team of regular volunteers who provide consumers with anything from a social visit, an outing and a good chat, to sharing skills such as resume writing and navigating the internet, to gardening skills.

Corporate Volunteering

We work with a range of WA businesses to provide volunteering opportunities for their teams. Our partnership with Volunteering WA also places us as the not-for-profit organisation of choice for corporate groups.
