About the role
As a Senior Case Worker, you will work closely with consumers to assist them to access housing and long-term accommodation in the community. To ensure a smooth transition into an independent living you will provide a holistic approach to each consumer and their family to maximise the effectiveness of the ReSet program.
This is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday based in East Perth.
Taking into consideration the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant the base salary offered for this position spans from $93,860 – $98,109 per annum plus superannuation.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need a tertiary qualification (minimum a diploma) in Social Science, Community Services or similar discipline together with relevant demonstrated work experience and experience working with people engaged with the justice system.

- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with consumers, their families, and other networks.
- Well-developed assessment and planning skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.

- A current satisfactory National Police Certificate tA First Aid Certificate
- A current WA “C” Class Drivers Licence
