St Bart’s Aged Care Services aim to support seniors in need to either secure independent accommodation, support those staying in their own home or provide others with residential aged care accommodation.

Here at St Bart’s we stand firmly by the side of people when they have no other support network to lean on. We are a community service organisation with a primary focus on people who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. Our attention is entirely on you and your individual needs in order to assist you in maintaining your quality of life.
