About the role

The Facilities and Procurement Manager is responsible for facilities services at all St Bart’s staffed properties (properties span the Perth Metro Area: Stirling to Medina to Midland) and ensuring an effective and efficient procurement and contract management function. In addition, the role is responsible for the outsourced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) function.

Reporting to the CFO, this role leads a small, energetic and efficient team, who pride themselves on getting things done.

This is a full-time role, working 38 hours per week based in East Perth.

The salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant, taking into consideration their qualifications, skills and experience.

About you

We are seeking a confident, energetic, high attention to detail person, who values long lasting relationships. It will be a bonus if you have a Certificate IV in Engineering, Property Management, Project Management and/or equivalent experience in a similar industry.

To be successful, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
