St Bart’s CEO Samantha Drury will form part of an expert panel to discuss the findings in The Funding of Western Australian Homelessness Services 2022 report when it is launched online on Thursday 26 May.
Commissioned by Shelter WA and undertaken by the Centre for Social Impact UWA, the Funding of Western Australian Homelessness Services 2022 report will be launched by Shelter WA CEO Michelle McKenzie and CSI UWA Director Professor Paul Flatau and will present:
• An overview of the state of homelessness and policy environment in Western Australia;
• Findings from a survey of 73 homelessness services operating across Western Australia and from focus groups comprising CEOs and service managers; and
• Recommendations for the funding and commissioning of homelessness services in Western Australia
Following the report launch and panel discussion, attendees can participate in a Q&A with Professor Flatau, Michelle, Samantha and fellow panellists Andrew Hall (Perth Inner City Youth Services), Daniel Morrison (Wungening Aboriginal Corporation) and Daisy Ashworth (Australian Red Cross).
