Ben has over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional. Having worked in people and culture in local government and the public sector, Ben has a wealth of knowledge in employee and industrial relations and has a passion for organisational culture, values and behaviours.
Since commencing at St Bart’s in September 2020, Ben has been amazed by the passion and commitment shown by employees and volunteers across the organisation’s services, making particular note of the genuine desire to make a difference to consumers’ lives on a daily basis.
St Bart’s acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land that we live and work on, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation. We are privileged to work with, and alongside, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and encourage those who are emerging as leaders.
