About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic leader to join our team as the Clinical Care Coordinator for our 40 bedded Residential Aged Care Facility for Men. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services tailored to the unique needs of men who have faced significant life challenges, including homelessness and trauma.
The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical leadership and day to day management of our specialised, accredited James Watson Aged Care Centre.
You will need to be currently registered with AHPRA as a nurse and have demonstrated experience relevant to the role. We are seeking someone with great clinical skills and leadership who can provide senior specialist advice on key clinical issues and lead the clinical care team at James Watson.
