About the role

The Facilities and Procurement Manager is responsible for facilities services at all St Bart’s staffed properties and ensuring an effective and efficient procurement and contract management function. In addition, the role is responsible for the outsourced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) function.

This is a full time role, working 38 hours per week.

The salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant, taking into consideration their qualifications, skills and experience.

About you

We are seeking a confident, high performing and friendly self-starter with previous experience in a similar role. And the successful applicant will have a minimum Certificate IV in Engineering, Property Management, Project Management and/or equivalent experience in a similar industry..

To be successful, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

High levels of attention to detail and a can-do attitude are a must.

The successful candidate must also possess a current National Police Clearance and current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence.
