About the role
We are seeking Registered Nurses for both our James Watson Centre and our Home Care Service. The James Watson Centre is home for up to 40 men at any given time who have experienced chronic homelessness, including some who have aged prematurely as a result of their experiences with homelessness. Residents range in age from those in their 50’s to those in their 90’s. Many James Watson Centre residents, either as a result of their past experiences with homelessness and/or their age, have complex needs and benefit from the blend of clinical and trauma-informed support the facility and our staff provide.

We are seeking full-time, part-time and casual Registered Nurses.
A salary will be negotiated with successful applicants, taking into consideration their qualifications, skills and experience.
As a not-for-profit employee you will also be able to salary sacrifice up to $15,900, which allows you to pay for personal expenses with pre-tax earnings so you pay less tax and your take home pay increases.

In order to be successful in the role, you will need to have great communication skills and the ability to identify clinical risk in the aged care setting and lead a clinical team with the support of the Aged Care leadership team.
