About the role
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, creating and posting job advertisements and continually resourcing innovative recruitment methods, developing contemporary position descriptions and advertisement templates. You will deliver informal training and coaching to hiring managers relating to candidate attraction strategies, selection methods and techniques.

To determine viability of this newly created role, it is initially offered for a twelve month contract. It is full-time, however part-time applicants will be considered, and is based in our East Perth head office.
Taking into consideration the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant the cash salary offered for this position is negotiable around the $100 – $110k per annum plus superannuation.
